Posting Cadence Planner

Posting more is not the same as posting better, and past a certain point it actively costs you reach. Answer four questions and get a cadence, a ramp, and the slots to use.

Your cadence

1 post per account per day

Suggested slots: 19:00 — local time, jittered by a few minutes each day. That is 7 posts a week across 1 account.

Week 11/dayStart one under target.
Week 2+1/dayHold here unless reach drops.
  • — Your goal asks for 2/day but an account this age should ramp to it, not start there. The plan below climbs.
  • — Keep scrolling on posting days. An account that only ever publishes and never consumes does not look like a person.
  • — Vary the exact minute. A post that lands at 20:00:00 every night is a fingerprint on its own.

Questions

How many times a day should I post on TikTok?

For an established account, up to four. Below that age, fewer — and a brand new account should post nothing for the first couple of days. The ceiling matters more than the average: a burst of six in one day is worse than four a day every day.

Where do these numbers come from?

They are the limits our own scheduler enforces. The four-a-day ceiling and the ramp exist because a dogfooding account got throttled at two to three automated posts a day, not because four sounded safe.

Does posting at the same time every day help?

Consistency helps; precision does not. A post that lands at exactly 20:00:00 every night is a pattern no person produces. Keep the slot, vary the minute.

ViralSlides holds this cadence for you — it generates the posts and enforces the same ceiling, ramp, and jitter automatically.
