You add your product once, pick or auto-generate from a daily-refreshed hook library, and download a ready-to-post ZIP with slides, caption, hashtags, and CTA — or publish straight to TikTok and Instagram.

Do I need TikTok or Instagram experience?

No. The product is opinionated. We pick the hook patterns, slide pacing, and CTAs that consistently perform on TikTok's and Instagram's slideshow formats. Your job is to review and post.

How long does it take to create my first slideshow?

About 60 seconds from signup. Add app name + niche + brand color + 2-3 screenshots, click Generate, and you'll have downloadable assets within a minute.

Can I edit the slideshow before exporting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open any generated slideshow and edit it right in the dashboard — slide titles and subtitles, slide order and duration, plus the caption, hashtags, and CTA. Save, then re-export the ZIP whenever you're happy.

What slide format do you export?

1080x1920 (the vertical canvas TikTok and Instagram both use) for every slide. Caption, hashtags, and CTA are exported as plain .txt inside the ZIP for easy paste.

No — ViralSlides is paid from day one and we don't run free trials. Pick Starter, Pro, or Business, add a card through Stripe, and you're posting in minutes. There's no setup fee and you can cancel anytime.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal in two clicks. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

If something is broken in your first 7 days, email hello@viralslides.app and we'll refund you. After that we don't pro-rate, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe handles billing — all major credit cards plus regional methods Stripe supports. Invoicing is available on Business by request.

Will my quota roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly quotas reset on your billing anniversary. We don't want you stockpiling and stressing about expiry; quotas are sized so daily-poster cadence is comfortable on each plan.

Is there an API?

Yes — Pro and Business plans include REST API access. Use it to script generations from CI, batch overnight, or wire into your own dashboards.

Can I bring my own brand fonts?

Not yet. v1 ships with hand-picked TikTok- and Instagram-friendly type. Custom fonts and font uploads are on the roadmap.

Where is my data stored?

Your app metadata is stored in MongoDB; slide PNGs and ZIPs sit in Cloudflare R2 behind signed URLs. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for details.

Do you publish directly to TikTok and Instagram?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect your TikTok and Instagram (Business/Creator) accounts under Integrations, then publish a slideshow to both at once from the slideshow page, or auto-publish on a schedule. TikTok also supports saving to drafts; Instagram posts as a carousel. Export-and-paste is still there if you prefer it.

Can I invite teammates?

Yes — Pro includes 3 users, Business includes 10. Free and Starter are single-user.

How do I delete my account?

From the Account page in your dashboard, hit Delete account. We purge your data within 30 days; backups roll out within 90.

Is my login secure?

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sessions use signed JWTs delivered as httpOnly cookies. SSO is on the roadmap for Business.
